
GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS
Article 1 – Purpose of the contract
This contract is exclusively reserved for seasonal rental of accommodation.
Article 2 – Duration
The tenant cannot claim to remain in the premises after the end of the contractual period.
Article 3 – Validation
The reservation is effective upon receipt of the deposit (30%) and the signed contract. Any transfer to a third party is prohibited.
Article 4 – Withdrawal
No right of withdrawal applies to remote reservations, in accordance with article L121-21-8 of the Consumer Code.
Article 5 – Cancellation by the tenant

Full refund + compensation equivalent to that which would have been due by the tenant.
Article 7 – Arrival
Respect the agreed time. Any delay must be reported to the owner.
Article 8 – Balance
To be paid upon entering the premises.
Article 9 – Inventory
Established at the entrance and exit. Cleaning is the responsibility of the owner against payment of a cleaning fee. However, exit instructions are sent the day before departure and must be respected. The tenant must ensure that the accommodation is returned in a proper state of cleanliness, otherwise additional cleaning costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
Article 10 – Security deposit
Returned after exit inventory, less any fees. In case of early departure, return within 7 days.
Article 11 – Use of the premises
Peaceful use required, in accordance with the purpose of the accommodation.
Article 12 – Capacity
The contract specifies the maximum capacity. The landlord can refuse additional guests. If the tenant wishes to accommodate a third person in the accommodation, they must request this from the landlord in advance.
Article 13 – Animals
The presence of animals is not permitted.
Article 14 – Insurance
The tenant must be covered for damages (holiday insurance recommended).
Article 15 – Charges
Any charges not included must be paid upon departure, with supporting documentation.
Article 16 – Disputes and claims
Complaints relating to the non-performance or poor performance of the reserved services must, under penalty of foreclosure, be brought to our attention in writing within fourteen days after the date of departure from the establishment.
